Lot’s of new followers lately (so glad you’re here!!) so it’s time to introduce myself again.

If you’re new here. Hi. I’m Victoria. 👋🏼

I founded and run So Social, a Connecticut-based social media agency designed to support your small business at every stage. I drink an unreasonable amount of coffee, routinely have 14 ideas going at the same time, and can make a Spotify playlist for literally anything.

I’m a blue collar wife, mom, business owner, content creator, photographer, design nerd, food enthusiast, and professional “wait…I have an idea” hype girl. I also bring humor to just about any scenario - it’s both a blessing and a curse!

I care a lot about good work, good people, good food, and building a life that actually feels like yours.

Every business is different, and your needs can be different every month, too.

“Boring” is usually just code for “we’re too close to our own business to see what’s interesting about it.”

Pane Enterprises is a perfect example. They don’t need to pretend they’re something they’re not. They needed someone who could see the story that was already happening every day.

🚚 The deliveries.
📍 The yard.
👷🏻‍♂️ The people.
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 The family behind the business.
🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 The customers who have been coming back for years.
🪨 The products that make someone’s job easier.

That’s what content creation is actually about. Not taking 47 pictures of a pile of mulch (when you remember) and calling it a content strategy.

It’s knowing the business well enough to recognize the moments worth capturing, then turning those moments into a story people actually want to follow.

And when you pair that with consistent social media management, strategy, a website and branding that all feel like the same business. Now you’ve got a brand to match your reputation, not just an Instagram account.
