In search of an office assistant/social media assistant for a 40 hour work week at Apex Graphics.

We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to handle basic administrative duties. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, filing and organizing documents, managing mail, and providing general office support. The Office Assistant will also assist customers both in person and over the phone, providing helpful information, directing inquiries appropriately, and ensuring a positive and professional experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable with basic computer tasks. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are important, as this role involves regular interaction with customers and staff. Previous office experience is preferred but not required.

We need a person that is looking for a fun work environment, can take a joke and not be offended easily. The most important part of this is someone that will actually show up, on time, and have a work ethic.

$17-$19hr. Pay rates based on experience and are negotiable. Great for someone looking for a summer job! You can send resumes to [email protected]
