Reddit may not be the first platform that comes to mind in popular media, but the audience numbers are hard to ignore. EMARKETER's latest article reported 124.5 million unique U.S. visitors to Reddit in March, with the largest age groups being 25-34 and 35-44.

This makes Reddit worth a closer look for brands trying to reach Millennials and the older end of Gen Z, but strategy is the key. Reddit is community-driven, so brands need relevant messaging, not recycled ads built for every other platform.

We have seen an uptick in clients receiving emails like this. It appears to be a legit communication from Meta, BUT IT'S NOT.

If you ever receive an unexpected email from Meta requesting access to your brand's Page or Business Manager, DO NOT click any links within the email. It is a scam!

When it doubt, call your agency or the company making the request to verify its legitimacy. When the company name is a jumble like in this example (see red circle), consider it a red flag!
