Ryan Moranz, from Pavecraft spoke to our group this morning. They specialize in asphalt pavement for both residential and commercial usage.
Good drainage is important for protecting your home and extending the life of your asphalt. He also said that it is a good rule of thumb to have your asphalt resealed every four years and to repair any cracks if you have questions about replacing a concrete driveway with asphalt or if you have damage to your current asphalt, give him a call.
