For , we're sharing part of a project we did with Kansas Action for Children in 2004 to bring focus to important facts about the health and well-being of kids in our state. This book, "Helping Hands," was filled with stories and poems about helping others written by kids throughout the state. Their work was accompanied by art from professional illustrators, painters and designers.

We had book signings in numerous markets where the kids read their work aloud. The books were distributed to policy makers as well as libraries, doctor's offices, banks and other places where people gather.

The facts were brought to life through these beautiful books. We still see them out in the world today!

What an energizing morning spent at The University of Kansas School of Business! We adjudicated 4 group presentations by students of the Honors Marketing class. They did research, brainstormed and strategized to answer the challenge we posed on behalf of our real client: The Kansas Highway Patrol. Thank you to Dr. Kissan Joseph and Dr. Luxi Chai for having us, and to Dusty Dean for taking part with us. We were impressed with the students and their ideas—bright future marketers! (RCJH!)
