📍 Heads up, NJ agents! Google quietly changed how buyers will find your listings.
As of this month, Google is showing home listings directly in search results photo, price, and a "call/message the agent" button before a buyer ever clicks through to Zillow or Realtor.com.
Here's what it actually means for you:
→ The buyer's first impression of your listing is now happening in more places, earlier in the search.
→ In a search result (or an AI answer), you often get exactly ONE photo to earn the click. One.
→ As "good enough" AI photos become the baseline everywhere, the listings that stand out will be the ones with real craft proper lighting, video, drone, 3D.
The price is the price and the address is the address. The one thing you fully control the thing that follows your listing into every front door is how it looks.
Curious where everyone here stands: are you seeing more of your buyers start on Google/AI vs. the portals lately? 👇
