This bowl was too good not to share 😋

Cilantro Lime Steak Bowl 🥩🥗

-Marinated Verlinde beef flank steak
-2 cups cooked white rice (for cilantro lime rice: stir in 2 tbsp lime juice, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, salt)
-corn kernels
-avocado, sliced
-red onion
-cherry tomatoes or pico de gallo 
-shredded cheese (I used sharp white cheddar)

The marinade:
-1/2 cup fresh lime juice
-1/4 cup olive oil
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
-1 teaspoon ground cumin
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1 teaspoon smoked paprika
-A pinch of Salt and black pepper

Cilantro lime dressing:
-1/4 cup sour cream
-1 lime, juiced
-1/4 cup diced cilantro
