We are celebrating 12 years of AJA Marketing this month and we are so grateful! 🎉

Over the years, we've had the privilege of working alongside nonprofits, associations, solopreneurs, and small businesses doing meaningful work.

Helping them simplify their marketing, strengthen their positioning, and turn ideas into action.

Newsletters, sponsorships, board meetings, digital strategy, AI marketing - and more than a few moments of figuring out new situations along the way.

None of it would be possible without the talented people who have worked alongside us, and the incredible clients and partners who have trusted us. We are so grateful for the past twelve years built on hard work, great clients, and even better relationships.

Here's to Year 13 and everything we haven't built yet. We can't wait to see what's next.🥂

🐱 Herding Cats: Vol. 1

If you've ever tried to get a committee to agree on literally anything... you know what it's like to herd cats. I do it literally.

This Valentine's weekend, I'm taking my foster cats Iowa and Georgia to an adoption event — hoping they find their forever home.

Fostering has taught me a lot about running a business: you can't force the timeline, the messy middle is where the magic happens, and letting go is part of the job.

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone out there doing hard, rewarding, sometimes-chaotic work — whether it's in the boardroom or the cat room. 😄
