In a tone implying I was a bit crazy, a friend asked, "Why are you doing this?" I'm going to stick with my original, off the cuff answer I gave him, "Because I can raise a big chunk of money for a great cause and it sounds like a lot of fun!" A bit scary but a lot of fun!
Since moving to the DFW area a few years back, my wife Jennifer and I have committed ourselves to giving back in every way possible...this is a great opportunity for me and the rest of the dance team to do exactly that...and maybe lose a few pounds in the process!
The goal of raising $20,000 is lofty, I know...I'm shooting for the moon while Dancing for the Stars!
