Very pleased with how this project turned out. 8 motors controlled via local or remote HMIs. Alarm interlocks for breaker tripped, overload tripped, and not running feedback. As well as, time stamped alarms for easy troubleshooting.

Spent the better part of yesterday evening converting Rockwell example logic and UDTs provided by Cognex for Studio 5000 into example logic and UDSs for Automation Direct’s Productivity PLC. I think that’s worth the price of free software and affordable hardware 🤔. The sample project I created is for the In-Sight SnAPP series vision sensor using EtherNet/IP protocol. I will gladly send a copy to anyone who needs it.
