I spent the day in the “looks fine at 200px, falls apart like a croissant at scale” club.
If you are using a logo for your business, please consider hiring a graphic designer. It doesn't have to be me, but for the love of all things, please make it SOMEONE.
Creating a package of tournament signage today was a beast. Some logo tragedies came in, and it should never take your designer or printer completely recreating your logo in order to make it work. These weren’t even truly designed… then they were exported poorly. Low-res raster, soft edges, maybe some 🤮Canva🤮 or a quick generator, then saved into oblivion. Invest in yourself. Get a good logo and get it in several file formats, get it in at least the key three shapes (round, rectangular, square), and get it in high resolution. And PUT THOSE FILES somewhere safe, so you always have that top-tier image to put out into the world. Your logo is a huge part of your visual identity - don't get caught with your pixels showing.
