The job will consist of pulling and packing orders, shipping and receiving, putting away inventory, etc. We need someone who is dependable, can take direction, and willing to learn. This is a full time position with benefits that includes medical and dental insurance and paid time off. There are Stain Removers in our industry known as paste that have a grit/pumice in them which are great as hand cleaners but should never be used to clean stains from polyester meshed screens.⁠
⁠
Here are a few issues with those types of cleaners:⁠
1. Shearing the mesh every time you scrub your screens. ⁠
2. Holes in the mesh due to the abrasives making the mesh weaker after multiple reclaims cycles. ⁠
3. The stains not coming out and resorting to using stronger caustic chemicals to do what could’ve been done with a better non-caustic stain remover. ⁠
4. The pumice can get stuck in the knuckles of the mesh and take longer to rinse from the screen. If any of the pumice is left in the screen it will show up when you go to recoat the mesh with emulsion.⁠

Using a liquid stain remover that has the proper active ingredients to remove the stain from the mesh will result in using less product, no abrasion to your mesh, and less labor (scrubbing) to achieve an overall cleaner screen.
