So I have a confession. Some of you may know, but I have high blood pressure and type 2 diabeties. One of the best tools we have to manage and monitor either of these are tracking the readings in a log of sorts. You can write it down on a calendar, track it in a spreadsheet or do as I now do, keep a log book.
I found these two gems on Amazon a few days ago and have been tracking my daily reading in both of these log books. They are both obviously easy and convenient to use. But you know who else loves the books? My primary care doc! She can flip thru both logs and see progress or when there is a "hiccup."
You can't go wrong with these books and if you have diabeties and/or hypertension I recommend getting one or both.
