We want to say a big "THANK YOU" to the local consumers who care enough about our local businesses and our economy to submit their negative reviews to us. We receive the review, we contact the business and offer to assist by completing our own evaluation. The reviews we receive from consumers are kept anonymous, but will be shared with the owner/manager along with our detailed report.

Negative reviews should not be ignored, they should be used to benefit and possibly improve a business. A happy customer is a return customer! Thank you, Tucson consumers, for keeping us busy with your heartfelt, negative reviews. What a great community we have! :)

Congratulations to Pima County Fair for being the very first addition to our 2016 list of Top Shops! They scored 90% or above on their evaluation, so they have been added to our Top Event Shops In Tucson. Pima County Fair is a yearly event that Tucson has been enjoying since the 70's! We just got our list pages up on our site for Top Event Shops In Tucson, Top Overnight Shops In Tucson and Top Entertainment Shops In Tucson. We will be announcing our first Top Shop tomorrow. That means someone in Tucson received a 90% or above on their evaluation. We are so excited, we almost can't wait!

Thank you to those who have started hanging out with us on Facebook! Hello to all!

It took a little longer than expected, but the website is back up and running smoothly! YAYYYYY! :)

We will still be doing some house cleaning on the site, as well as adding our shopping cart for easier payment processing, it should be up by the end of the week.

We have an announcement coming up soon about a local photo contest. Who doesn't love a contest? Shhh..we haven't officially announced it. So you are getting a heads up right here. If I were you, I would start getting out those great photos you've taken around Tucson (just scenery, no businesses, you get the idea). We will have 12 winners! Even better, right? Stay tuned to find out about the contest! We can't wait!

Why the name Actually In Tucson? Of course we have been asked, and we think it's vital to answer this very important question. One of the services we offer is an evaluation of any local customer service related business. It's very similar to what a mystery shopping company does, yet very different. There are so many scams related to that industry and for that reason, we don't want to be categorized as a mystery shopping company. [ 376 more words. ]
