ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of staff.
- Curriculum development.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Build strong relationships with parents and children.
- Ensure safety and compliance with local, state, and federal agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 21 years of age or older.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- 12 months of childcare experience or related field. High School Diploma.
- 30 hours of early childhood workshops or related field, Fingerprint Clearance Card.
