I've officially submitted feedback to Facebook (Meta) regarding the issue with page Photo Album uploads. I'm not sure if other photographers on Facebook have submitted their feedback, but I figured I would share the feedback that I submitted in hopes that the issue can be resolved.

The text that I included in my feedback is below:

"For the last several weeks, the "Sort by: Date: oldest first" only works for the first photos uploaded to a page Photo Album.

When additional pictures are added to a page Photo Album, Facebook is ignoring the "Sort by" option set when the album was originally created, and the newest pictures are featured at the beginning of the page Photo Album.

I know that this feature was working previously because I've been uploading pictures to my page for the past several years without issues.

I don't know if this has been brought up to anyone at Meta yet, but for those that like to share their pictures in chronological order, this impacts the flow of storytelling in page Photo Albums.

To provide an example, I have attached screenshots of my photo uploading workflow."

Elementary school graduations, middle school graduations (if that's a thing), high school graduations, and college graduations are just around the corner.

It's not the best solution, but I finished uploading all of the pictures that I took at the 31st Annual Oklahoma Renaissance Festival on May 3, 2026 into six different photo albums on my Destroyer X page.

I apologize for blowing up everyone's Facebook notifications each time I attempted to upload the pictures in chronological order.
