Not every billboard is an advertisement. Some are a conversation.

We're proud to showcase TOTEM / TVLSE, a public art installation by Erin Turner created in conjunction with the launch of TOTEM: As Monument & Archive, published by This Land Press.

The billboard is a photomontage that combines a 1915 image of Oklahoma's Cushing Oil Field with an 1893 photograph of Alaskan Indigenous homes and totem poles. The work expands on the book's exploration of how the form and symbolism of the totem made its way to Oklahoma during the 1930s, including its connection to the iconic Ed Galloway Totem Pole Park.

This installation is part of the TOTEM: As Ephemera exhibition, on display throughout the summer at Pursuit Films in Tulsa's Kendall Whittier District.

We're honored to help bring art, history, and conversation into the public space.

Our graduation spotlight series continues!

AJ is a 2026 graduate from Edison Preparatory School. He received many acting awards during his time at Edison including All State Cast Member, All Star Cast awards, a National Shakespeare qualifier performing at Lincoln Center in New York and a National Thespy winner. He was accepted into the Oklahoma State University Theatre Department and plans to attend OSU in the fall.

AJ is the son of Justin Wyatt, Lamar Tulsa's Real Estate Manager

Graduation season is here, and we couldn't be more proud! Join us in celebrating some of the incredible high school graduates who are part of the Lamar family through their parents and loved ones. Congratulations to the Class of 2026 as they begin their next chapter!

Paige is a 2026 graduate of Bixby High School. During her senior year, she was a member of the Bixby Varsity Cheer team which won academic state championships for game day and performance, as well as was named Performance National Champion for their division. She was also a member of National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA).
In the fall, Paige will attend the University of Oklahoma and plans to major in psychology.

Paige is the daughter of Brian Lavender, the Sales Manager for Lamar Tulsa.
