From project kickoff to a new sign on the building in about four to five weeks.
Our YESCO Twin Falls team recently manufactured and installed this new 4' x 8' internally illuminated wall sign for Willow Exterior Renovation & Construction in Filer, Idaho.
The finished sign gives the local roofing and remodeling company a prominent new presence from the road, with internal illumination helping keep the Willow name visible after dark, too.

Some signs become part of the neighborhood.
Our YESCO Seattle team recently completed sign work for Bowlero Lanes, helping refresh the bowling center’s longtime roadside pylon sign while preserving the familiar look customers already recognize.
Standing high above the property, the sign gives Bowlero Lanes Restaurant & Bar a clear landmark for customers approaching from the road and proudly highlights the business as independently family owned.
Keeping an established sign looking its best can be just as important as installing a new one.

A familiar Southern Idaho name with a new location.
Our YESCO Twin Falls team helped Stevo’s Bar & Grill bring its branding to Kimberly, replacing signage from the building’s previous tenant and updating both the exterior building sign and the Red Cap Corner monument sign.
Stevo’s has been a longtime YESCO customer, so it was great to help carry their familiar look from their established Paul location to their new home in Kimberly.
From the roadside to the front door, the new signage makes it clear where to find them.

A new brand called for a new addition to K&R Rental’s roadside signage.
Our YESCO Twin Falls team added two new 3' x 6' S**G Power Equipment signs to the existing pylon at K&R Rental in Heyburn, Idaho. The new signs are internally illuminated with LED lighting, keeping that bold S**G orange visible during the day and after dark.
It’s also a good example of how an existing sign structure can evolve along with a business rather than starting over every time something changes.

From 20mm in 2014 to 8 mm today, that’s quite the display upgrade!
Raft River Electric Cooperative in Malta has relied on this YESCO pylon sign for more than a decade. When parts for its original electronic message center became unavailable, our team helped give the existing sign a new chapter with an 8mm Watchfire EMC.
And we didn’t stop there. We also upgraded the older T-12 fluorescent lighting in the upper ID cabinet to LED.
The best part? Raft River Electric is already putting that sharper new display to work with some great safety and community messaging.

In 1997 we built and installed the University Heights city sign. The sign has been an icon of the neighborhood for almost 30 years now. University Heights Community Association (UHCA) shared some amazing photos from the installation in March of 1997. This year we had the opportunity to replace all the neon for the letters and some of the border units as well. As part of the repair we had to replace some of the transformers, all of which are original from the 90s. The sign is still running on some of the original transformers which is incredible.

We love preserving neon signs especially the ones we build. Almost 30 years ago we built and installed this sign in University Heights in San Diego. All these years later it’s amazing to see the appreciation and care of the community.

We built the iconic Coachman’s sign in Salt Lake City in the 1970s. In 2021, the restaurant closed, and the future of the sign became uncertain. We were honored when Liberty Wells Community Council came to us with a plan to save the sign. With the help of the community, enough money was raised to remove and store the sign until a new home can be found. The community is actively looking for a new home to put the sign in Salt Lake if anyone has any ideas..

We truly believe and hope neon will always have a place in the sign world and we will always advocate for preserving historic signs while exploring ever changing sign technology. Las Vegas has always been the biggest sign playground in the world and we are excited for what the future holds. We would love to hear which signs from the past or present are your favorite!

You might have seen us every night for the last year on the corner of Flamingo and the Blvd. This is what we were up to. We designed and built one of the tallest freestanding signs in the world. Huge shout out to and for being incredible partners on this project.
