The Veterans Tractor Salute at the The McHenry County Fair was featured in The Woodstock Independent's Day Two photo compilation.

It was wet and a little chilly, but our club members showed up to support our veterans.

Thank you to our own Matt Claussen and Operation Wild Horse - Veterans R&R's Patti Gruber for organizing such beautiful tribute to our military veterans.

The Tractor Salute is our own unique way to show our appreciation for those who have served our country -- and we've been participating in it for many, many years.

If you missed us yesterday, you can see our tractors (and us) throughout the fair -- at our tent by Hansen Pavilion, in our tractor parade at 4 p.m. today, Friday, and Saturday, and throughout the rest of the fair running the shuttles from the parking lot to the main gates.

Stop by and say, "hi!"

MCAFEAI helped sponsor the McHenry County Farm Bureau .

This morning, a stalwart crew headed out from in The City of Harvard, to embrace the open rural roads and a few urban roads on a nearly 50-mile trek.

Sixty-two Tractors trekked through some sun and a bit of rain during the 23rd Annual Tractor Trek through Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, a few pit stops, lunch at Pat’s Brew & ‘Que, and ice cream at Fritz Farm. Thank you to Conserv FS for helping us fuel up! And, a special thank-you to the Harvard Police Department who helped us navigate the traffic and all the other volunteers who worked behind the scenes to ensure our safety and help our trek run smoothly.
