Sold the business in 2023.I started working as a mechanic at an Ambulance service in 1986.They go through daily inspections to insure safety and reliability.I’ve expanded my knowledge to searve our community’s repairs.

Burning through batteries and alternators.

Found PCM voltage ground driver not responding and voltage drop on trigger wire.

Suggested repair:
* Option 1: $400 (Estimated)
Install voltage regulator bypass.
* Option 2: $1,000 (Estimated)
Replace and program new PCM.

Customer chose option 1

We installed:
Voltage regulator bypass
4 pin relay for trigger and correct battery voltage
Repaired burnt & melted wires
