Printing left chest logos for the New Jersey State Police Pipe Band in Totowa today. New design, a skeleton reaper on the bagpipes. White on a dark shirt is two layers here: an under base on head one, a pass under the flash dryer to pre-cure it, then the top white. That second coat is the whole reason the print comes out bright. Details matter!
