Within a year, Steven's deep understanding of technology and keen attention to detail had made the office reliant on his innovations. He spearheaded the transition from outdated paper filing systems and redundant digital storage to a streamlined, efficient Customer Relationship Manager system that laid the groundwork for the company’s rapid expansion. As Bobby Brock Insurance grew to serve agencies nationwide, Steven took it upon himself to assist partner companies in optimizing their operations, solidifying their growth. His partnership with Justin Brock, combining Justin's sales expertise with Steven's technological acumen, resulted in exponential growth for the agency’s marketing and consulting services. This collaboration led to the creation of Guru Marketing, which, along with a talented creative team, now delivers top-tier marketing services in the insurance industry. Under Steven’s leadership, Guru Marketing has grown into one of the largest and fastest-growing FMOs in the country, known for prioritizing quality in a competitive market. Steven is married to Heather Martinez and is the proud father of two sons, Tripp and Jett, and a daughter, Alexia.
