I stopped wearing my Apple Watch about a month ago, and I'm feeling less anxious.
It took me weeks to realize that's why I felt more like myself.
This morning, I recorded my inner monologue while walking - thoughts about coming out of hibernation, seasonal depression, music as medicine, and all the small moments that add up to better.
