Tony is on-site at Macmillan Oil Co of Allentown PA, to walk you through a highly complex industrial paving and drainage project. When heavy-duty logistics and fuel delivery hubs need roadway restoration, they can't afford minor errors. They need professional engineering solutions!
This project posed two major technical hurdles, and our team handled both completely in-house:
🔍 The Drainage Challenge: Our prep crew spent three intensive weeks on-site excavating, grading, and surveying. To correct the surface water runoff, we conducted extensive in-house drainage surveys, which allowed us to precisely raise and lower several storm inlets to direct water exactly where it belongs.
🚧 The Fence Line Obstacle: Paving directly against a flexible mesh chain-link fence is a challenge; if hot asphalt gets intertwined with the wire, it ruins both the fence and the edge. Our crew engineered a smart workaround: we secured boards on grades, snapped precise chalk lines for our paving heights, and held the fencing back to ensure a flawless, razor-sharp edge without catching a single wire.
From three weeks of meticulous excavation to the final smooth compaction of the new road, S&G doesn't just lay asphalt; we solve the tough problems that keep your business running smoothly.
Do you have a complex commercial facility, industrial yard, or unique residential property with challenging grading, fencing, or drainage issues? Don't settle for standard patches.
