Meet RCFE Realtor, Lisa Dizon! ⭐

As a former RCFE owner, operator, and administrator, my client Lisa Dizon has been in the shoes of the owners she now helps with their real estate transactions. My job as her designer was to bring her RCFE real estate business to life and show owners and prospective buyers the value her firsthand experience brings to their next purchase or sale.

We combined Lisa’s 14 years of firsthand RCFE experience with my background in the senior care industry and creative marketing. That includes 7 years with the Alzheimer’s Association, 3 years with a placement agent, and almost 10 years as the owner and designer at Dinkelbach Design, specializing in the senior care industry. Together, we put that industry knowledge to work—from her branding and messaging, to a clean, one-page website that tells her story.

🚗 A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS FOR CARPOOL CONNECTIONS!

We have a few exciting updates as we head into the rest of 2026!

First, Casey Simon from Revere Court Sacramento has had to step down from her role as Co-Coordinator. She will definitely be missed. 😢 A huge thank you to Casey for the time, energy, support, and heart she brought to Carpool Connections. We truly appreciate everything she did to help us keep this crazy little networking adventure rolling.

Taking her place for the next year is Luis Avila Cruz from Sanctuary Home Health & Hospice! Please help us welcome Luis to the team! We’re excited to have him helping lead the next chapter of Carpool Connections.

We are lucky to still have Kayla Freyja from Dignity Memorial on board as our fantastic Route Sponsor, helping us ride in style! 🚐✨ Woot! Woot!

Our mission is simple: to bring senior care industry professionals and community partners together for a day of networking with a twist — building genuine relationships, discovering local resources, and strengthening referral connections one ride at a time.
