Black Bird has slowly evolved and grown into more than we could ever imagine, we have continued to surprise ourselves at what we can accomplish. We specialize in brand development including logo design, screen printing, pens, business cards, indoor and outdoor signs, magnets, keychains, embroidery, vinyl, posters, banners, brochures, stationary…the list could go on forever! Basically, if you want anything, or even everything, we can and will make it happen. We work with you to develop your vision for the best finished product(s) possible, to help your business thrive. ✨ If you’ve visited The Nest anytime in the last 6 years, chances are you’ve been helped by our amazing Ladybird, Grace. And if you’ve stopped by in the last 9 months, you’ve probably seen her rocking a very pregnant belly! 🤍

Our staff is truly the heart of our operation, including Grace. She keeps the back of house running smoothly, manages our embroidery department, takes care of customers, and somehow manages to keep Melissa and Brady organized too. Her dedication, kindness, and hard work have helped our business grow in countless ways.

Looking to get your foot in the door and learn hands-on skills? We’re hiring an entry-level Shop Hand — no experience needed.

What you’ll do:
• mixing inks
• Keep the workspace clean and organized
• Burn and reclaim screens
• Support the team wherever needed including packaging orders

What we’re looking for:
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working with your hands

What you get:
• On-the-job training
