Big news in the Macadamia Content House world!

I’ll be spending most of my time over the next six months over at , overseeing social media for the various entities that make up Town of Vail (you can tell it’s official because of the mug). Fellow freelancers: how do you deal with the ebb and flow?

One of the biggest challenges of freelancing is riding the ebbs and flows of work. Just last year in January one of my main clients went through a spending freeze so I had to hustle to drum up some new accounts. After a couple lean months and a slew of meetings and proposals, their spending freeze ended just in time for all those new leads to want to start projects - the same week 😆.

So I’m curious - how do you handle the lean weeks as well as those times when you feel like there aren't enough hours in the day?

*Poking my head up after the holidays

For those of you still in the holiday time vortex, a quick PSA that it is Friday, the year is 2020, and TECHNICALLY you should be back at work.

Over here at Macadamia Content House, we took the holidays mostly off (kid’s school breaks sort of force your hand on this one), and are ramping back up with some exciting new projects for 2020! Can’t wait to tell you all about them. But first to polish off the last of the eggnong.

It’s the most wonderful (exhausting, crazy, busy) time of the year!

Hope you’re revving up for a fabulous holiday week. We’re currently running around delivering homemade white chocolate macadamia nut cookies to our lovely Macadamia Content House clients.
