Job Role: Sample Collector/Assistant

Job Type: On-Call/Alternate Position *Must be able to provide own transportation and will be expected to travel between multiple school districts.

Estimated start date: 8/15

Days available: Monday - Friday (schedule must be flexible)

Shift Times: must work entire scheduled shift

Monday through Friday 6:30AM - 6PM

*All subject to change*

Job Duties Include:

Sets up mobile testing site at scheduled location and clean up at the end of each day.
Monitors students waiting for testing to ensure that appropriate distancing is maintained and that masks or other personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn.
Collect Covid-19 test samples and store properly for lab testing.
Cleans and sanitizes thermometers, pens, and other screening devices or supplies.
Maintains adequate level of supplies and maintain work areas as necessary to facilitate clean, smooth operations.
De-escalate situations as needed with incoming associates or visitors in calm manner and notifies supervisor or security as needed.
Performs basic data entry as needed.
Follows all requirements related to personal protective equipment (PPE).
Adheres to health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Ability to sit or stand in the workspace for a prolonged period of time is required.
Ability to learn and follow the outlined safety procedures and divert escalations to management.
Clear verbal communication skills required.
Attention to detail, time management and professionalism is required.
Reliable transportation to and from the office for all assigned shifts.

Staff will welcome and greet all guests with a smile to the stadium while performing any specific duties necessary for the position. Each venue will have different requirements for the role and may require specific training for that stadium. Staff will always be an additional resource onsite for patrons on event days and act as guest services in addition to their job duties.

Job Description:

This position will be administering bag checks and ticket scanning for patrons to enter the stadium. Staff are guaranteed a 4 hour minimum when working, meaning that you will be paid for 4 hours even if you are cut from your shift early. Staff are also able to watch the rest of the baseball game when cut from work. Scheduling is based on the Coors Field event schedule and shifts are offered on a first come first serve basis.
