The above pricing includes an 18” balloon, shredded paper stuffing, cellophane bag, and a bow.

Hard items such as high heels shoes and wine bottles are possible but may require an extra fee.

If you want to add items to your Easter head balloons, it's no additional cost. It'll be the cost of the Easter balloon.
