Bold creative bets pay off. And we're all IN on Indiana.

It all started when we said yes to an idea no state tourism campaign had ever tried.

Indiana's first-ever open-source state brand strategy, and the first of its kind for any state in the country, turned a top-down ad campaign into a statewide movement, generating $109.6M in visitor spending in just three months.

Stakeholders of every size got a seat at the table, co-creating a campaign so compelling that visitors left 175% more likely to consider Indiana a place to put down roots.

The reputation we built was so strong that our own media partners submitted unsolicited letters of support, advocating for our continued partnership before anyone asked them to.

Then we got sharper. By shifting focus from impressions to conversions, the campaign delivered a 295% increase in click-through rate and 76,000 more clicks. Same resources, better aim.

And nobody had to ask for more investment. The results made the case on their own, ultimately growing Visit Indiana's media budget 7.5x over the course of the partnership.

802,000 additional trips. $126M in incremental visitor spending. An $86 return on every single dollar invested.

Two days ago, a bold idea stepped into the spotlight.

A video we produced in partnership with the City of Portage was picked up by ESPN 1000 and aired as breaking news, accelerating the regional conversation around the Chicago Bears and Indiana.

Since then, outlets including ABC7 Chicago, CBS Chicago, FOX 32 Chicago, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, Inside INdiana Business, Indianapolis Business Journal, and Yahoo Sports have taken a serious look at what Portage has proposed.

This momentum began with leadership willing to think bigger.

Andy Maletta and the Portage EDC recognized the opportunity for Northwest Indiana. Mayor Austin Bonta backed a vision built on private investment, bold infrastructure, and long-term economic impact.
