Congratulations to those of you who made big moves last year! Thank you for choosing us to be part of your journey. Helping you navigate such important life transitions is a privilege we never take for granted, and getting to know you along the way is truly the best part.

We were grateful to serve clients throughout the Portland Metro and Clark County areas. Highlights from the year included selling a beautifully restored historic home in Downtown Vancouver, helping a childhood friend we hadn’t seen in nearly 30 years, selling an architecturally significant eco‑friendly home in PDX, and guiding four first‑time homebuyers into their very first homes.

We welcomed new residents from California, Arizona, and Colorado, while many of you made the short jump from Portland to Southwest Washington. Some of you set off for new adventures in Australia, and others closed meaningful chapters by selling family homes held for more than 65 years.
