There’s nothing better than getting a group of practice leaders together in the same room.

Last week in Bardstown, Kentucky, We had the opportunity to slow down, step away from the day-to-day, and focus on what matters most. Time together—to connect, recharge, and inspire one another.

From honest roundtable conversations to one-on-one moments with Audigy executives, this was a space to dig into real challenges, share what's working, and learn from peers who understand the complexity of running a successful practice. Ideas were challenged, assumptions tested, and solutions were shaped through shared experience.

In between it all, there was connection. Conversations continued over dinner, relationships grew stronger, and we spent time celebrating the wins that often go unrecognized.

The future of hearing care is shaped long before the first patient interaction. Last week, we had the opportunity to spend time with students at ReSound University, all preparing to take the next step in their careers.

Audigy was proud to host the opening reception, setting the stage for connection, conversation, and the start of what will be impactful careers across the industry. We were also honored to have our own Steve Hughbanks lead a session on elevating communication, building trust, and working effectively with different generations—equipping students with practical skills that will increase impact.
