A weekend of great conversations about real challenges and actionable solutions.

Our recent Catalyst event in Santa Cruz, California brought together hearing care and ENT professionals from across the country to dig into what's really happening inside today's practices—from operational pressures and staffing challenges to patient retention and long-term growth.

What made it impactful? The connection. Networking with and hearing from peers, sharing honest dialogue paired with proven strategies. The energy in the room was undeniable, and so was the momentum leaving it.
