I know why so many smart women say, “I’m just not a tech person.”
Most tools are introduced as if you already know the language. When something doesn’t make sense, it’s easy to decide the problem is you. More often, nobody explained it in a way that connects with how you already think.
You don’t have to change who you are to use AI. Start with something you already do. Maybe turn a jumble of notes into a first draft and let the tool help with that.
Your experience and judgment still lead. The technology is there to support your work, not decide whether you belong.
