MOTHERHOOD is amazing!
❤️It is seeing that first ultrasound and hoping there are more to follow.
❤️It is hearing the first heart beat not believing you are growing this little baby so rapidly.
❤️It is finding out if it’s a boy or girl and dreaming of all the cute outfits that will be placed on those little bodies.
❤️It is going through a c-section or natural birth to bring your baby into the world. (cut open or pushed out; we are all equal)
❤️It is kissing your baby’s lips, face, body for the first time.
❤️It is holding your baby throughout the night and feeling them relax because they know they are safe in your arms.
❤️It is crying on a regular basis because you love them so much.
❤️It is cuddling with them through their bad dreams and reassuring them that there are no monsters in their room.
❤️It is watching their faces beam with happiness on Christmas morning or while they blow out their birthday candles. Then realizing you have an even bigger smile on your own face.
❤️It is being a chef, planner, organizer, and maid. It is taking care of your family.
❤️It is being strong and weak at the same time.
❤️It is being tired but finding a burst of energy every day. Sometimes hourly.
❤️It is watching them learn and grow(fast).
❤️It is falling asleep next to sleepy eyes and waking up next to smiles.
❤️It is hearing them say “Mommy I Love You soooo much!”.
❤️It is getting those tight hugs in return from little arms.
❤️It is looking at your babies, toddlers, teenagers, and grown adult children in amazement..without saying a word and just pondering what a different world it would have been without them. Life has been great ❤️
