The tank you naturally reach for.

“Pistol Packin’ Mama” first hit the airwaves in 1942, written by Al Dexter.
Then Bing Crosby made it swing.
Then John Prine gave it that wink only he could.

This tank is my little ode to all the pistol packin’ mamas. Not about the holster. About the grit. The humor. The don’t-mess-with-me softness.

A little country history, worn your own way.

Tonight ✶

Live music, late night shopping, and cold b**r in hand.

It’s a cold one tonight, so the “Shoot the Pier” sweatshirts are coming with us. A surf term for riding the line between risk and reward.

See you soon. 10:30pm to 1:30am at The Venice West.
