Patient Lead O29: A 76-year-old man and his 68-year-old wife, based in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, are looking for a concierge or DPC practice. He is managing kidney issues, working with a new urologist and nephrologist, and has Type 2 diabetes (diagnosed in 2008) that he is trying to better control. His wife has lupus in the background and COPD. They live close to Martinsburg, WV; Wi******er, VA; and Hagerstown, MD. The are very happy to use telemedicine as much as reasonable.
