Event Badge Designs We Like! (Part 1) 🎨🖌️

Hmmm, new series?! 👀 This week, we wanted to make a video highlighting real event badge artwork to show you what other planners are doing.

pc/nametag works with thousands of event planners a year and we are always inspired by their event badge designs! We also constantly get asked for ideas and inspiration on what to feature in name tag artwork.

Should we make this into a regular series? 🤗 Would it be helpful to see examples of badge designs, why they work, and how they improve the attendee experience? Let us know.

Has it been a week already?! We had a BLAST at the Spring Education Day 2026! 😁

pc/nametag sponsored gorgeous badges, lanyards, and badge ribbons at registration. They were a hit!

This year's theme was Caddycamp. We enjoyed virtual golf, dancing, music video bingo by , and LOTS of learning at the beautiful in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
