Good evening everyone! I just wanted to get on here and give everyone a quick update on whats been happening around the shop!
As most of our clients know this time of year is our busiest and I have always done my best to make sure each and everyone one of you are helped in a timely manner. Unfortunately I am human and I do make mistakes which leads to some projects getting delayed or even worse forgotten. Neither of which are what we strive for.
This winter I found a couple of great designers to help with the workload, that cut our lead time down tremendously, however projects are still not being met to our standards.
We launched the apparel 2 years ago and that has far surpassed our expectations thanks to you guys! We recently invested in more equipment to produce orders faster with higher quality and we will continue to do what it takes to make your experience perfect.
Now our vinyl side of the business is currently 3 weeks out and that is not acceptable. Fingers crossed we have new faces next week around here to help knock that lead time down and still produce a quality product.
Thank you everyone for your patience as we experience these growing pains, it just means we are growing and we cant thank you enough!
