Rampiq is looking for an Assistant Account Manager to join our growing team. The Assistant Account Manager will support a team of account/project management professionals with administrative work and by helping coordinate day-to-day project activities for clients and internal agency staff. You’ll be a part of a highly talented agency with exceptional leadership, and niche media experts.
The Account Assistant is expected to bring an organized approach to project management by being involved in its infrastructure maintenance.
What this role will do:
- Take care of projects paperwork - external & internal (using Google Sheets/Excel);
- Team tasks management (setup in our internal project management software);
- Set up infrastructure for new projects (project creation in our project management tool, Google Drive project folder, Slack channel, etc.);
- Assist Account Managers with reporting documentation;
- Time report creation - end-of-month and intermediary (weekly/mid-month), deal with overspend (flag overspend risks to the account manager and work out possible solutions to prevent such issues);
- Ping team on tasks and deadlines, make sure the tasks have up-to-date statuses, and the team communication on tasks is stored in the project management software;
- Make sure deliverables comply with brand style guidelines & templates;
Other administrative tasks to support our team of Account Managers.
Overall, you’ll work to support our team of account managers in managing the back-end process of client relations in the agency, our heart which helps all of us deliver flawless and innovative work.
What you will bring:
- A minimum required level of English - B2 (excellent written);
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with the internet/web applications, MS Word, Excel / Google Docs, Google Sheets;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Attention to detail, diligence, and strong administration skills;
- Experience in a similar administrative role: 1-3 years;
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision, be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges this position entails;
- A background in economics or accounting will be a big plus.
