Our core values are more than something we print on a wall at Magnets USA and Savvy Promos SML. “Lead with Service” is part of what drives our innovation and strengthens the relationships we build with our customers and communities.

We love seeing stories like this shared by Amy and the team at Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley. Their organization is doing incredible work providing safe, affordable housing throughout our region, and we are grateful to play a small part in supporting their mission.

Hearing how our products, mailing services, and the LifeLong Gifts collection helped support their annual marketing efforts means a great deal to our team. Over the past several weeks, our team has been recognizing coworkers who exemplify one of our newly refined core values:

Lead With Service.

This value grew from something we have believed for years:
“Lead when needed and follow with service.” But it just didn't send a clear message.

Because great teams are not built around titles.

They are built around people willing to step up, support others, serve customers, and help wherever needed.

What has made this especially meaningful is that these recognitions came from fellow team members.

Peer to peer.
Department to department.
People noticing the everyday actions that strengthen culture.

Whether it was helping a teammate during a busy production day, supporting a customer, solving a problem quietly behind the scenes, or simply showing up with the right attitude. Every person recognized helped move us forward together.
