Part one. This gallery is too gorgeous, there is absolutely no way to narrow it down.

They say motherhood is a blur. You bring a tiny baby home, and months fly by before you realize those soft baby wrinkles have faded. Those sweet, gummy smiles suddenly have teeth, and it hits you: you didn’t take a video, and you can’t quite remember the last day they were completely toothless. If it’s your last baby, that ache runs even deeper.

Documenting these fleeting chapters is everything to me. You might come into a session expecting a simple portrait, but you leave with something timeless. Motherhood is a blur, and if you blink, the moment is gone. But these images hold onto it forever.

It was so sweet to get these shots of the girls, even though the gallery feels a little incomplete without Elayna there. She was definitely “too cool” for the session and opted for a nap instead, but I really wish she could have shared in these moments with her sisters. There is so much love between them, and I’m glad I could capture this glimpse of their bond.
