My Story

Hi there, it’s Logan Rose! I had my start in the real estate industry as a Marketing Assistant for a luxury real estate team, Riskin Partners, in Montecito. After graduating with a degree in Communication from UC Santa Barbara, I decided to pursue a career in the industry as an agent. I am also a third-generation Realtor®, my father and my grandfather conquered the real estate world before me.

I like to approach my clients as a friend rather than a salesperson. I walk buyers and first-time home buyers through the ins and outs of the home buying process and help them make smart real estate decisions. I also help sellers by prepping them and their home for sale, and strategically marketing their homes to attract the right buyers.

Besides being a Realtor®, I’m a proud dog mom, shopaholic, social media ju**ie, and wine enthusiast. When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying the beach with loved ones and my German Shepherd mix (Charlie), online shopping with my favorite podcast playing in the background, spending my sunny weekend afternoons at a local winery, you name it!
