🐿️ Name Change Alert! 🐿️

For today, SignCraft Solutions is officially rebranding as SignCraft Solutions & Squirrel Rescue Services. 😄

Some mornings don't go quite as planned! During the commute to work today, an injured squirrel was spotted along the road. Of course, we couldn't just drive by and leave the little guy behind.

After a quick rescue mission, our furry friend was safely boxed up and transported to Vick Ave Vet for evaluation and, hopefully, rehabilitation.

We're rooting for a speedy recovery and thinking the area might be a prime candidate for a new squirrel crossing sign. 🐿️⚠️

Just another day of solving problems, helping others, and occasionally expanding our services beyond signs. ❤️

We're growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Sign Installation Specialist to join our hardworking and fun-loving team.

Job Summary:
As a Sign Installation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for installing a wide variety of interior and exterior signage, vinyl graphics, and custom displays. You’ll represent our company in the field, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely install signs of various sizes, types, and materials (channel letters, vinyl, monument signs, street signs, post & panels, wall/floor graphics, vehicle wraps, etc.)
• Safely use equipment such as bucket trucks, scissor lifts, ladders, digging tools, power tools, and hand tools
• Interpret and follow installation drawings, site plans, and customer specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site with professionalism and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in safe, working conditions
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and local codes
• Provide production and fabrication of signs as needed

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of professional sign installation or construction experience preferred
(we understand that great installers often come from related industries. If your background includes problem-solving, construction, electrical, carpentry, metal fabrication, or similar hands-on work, we encourage you to apply even if you haven’t worked specifically in the sign industry before.)
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders/lifts
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork mindset

There’s something satisfying about watching a design come to life straight off the CNC router.

These photos show HDU (High Density Urethane) being precision routed on our CNC machine — creating clean, accurate shapes that are perfect for dimensional signage, custom logos, and carved sign projects. HDU is great material to work with because it’s lightweight, durable, and holds incredible detail for painted and finished signs.

From digital design to finished product, our CNC routing process helps us create custom signage with consistency and precision every time.
