Meet Rachel Bradshaw, Vice President of Account Services at Caster Communications.

Since joining Caster in 2020, Rachel has helped lead strategic communications programs across the Pro AV, IoT, smart home, embedded, and emerging technology industries. Before Caster, she spent more than a decade at AVIXA developing training programs, conference content, and collaborative industry events, building a deep foundation in the Pro AV space that continues to shape her work today.

Known for her sharp eye for messaging and branding, Rachel is often the go-to for brainstorming sessions, presentation prep, and fine-tuning positioning. Whether she’s helping name a new product, refining a company narrative, or pressure-testing messaging strategy, she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach that clients trust.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys hiking, biking, running, rowing, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family. And if you ask her for a hot take, she’ll confidently tell you that dogs are far superior roommates to puppies.

Meet Kimberly Lancaster, Founder of Caster Communications.

More than 20 years ago, Kimberly founded Caster with an SBA loan, four credit cards, and a vision for what a technology PR agency could be. Since then, she has grown the agency into a respected name in the consumer technology industry, known for strong media relationships, standout storytelling, and results-driven communications programs.

Over the last two decades, Kimberly has helped shape Caster into the agency it is today, building a team known for creativity, collaboration, and hustle while mentoring the next generation of PR professionals along the way. She takes immense pride in the reputation the agency has built and the long-standing relationships formed with clients, media, and industry partners throughout the years.
