Savor Sonoma Brings a Star-Studded Culinary Celebration to Wine Country
SONOMA COUNTY, Calif. — Food, wine and unforgettable experiences will come together in Sonoma County when Savor Sonoma makes its debut August 21–22, 2026, at Graton Resort & Casino.
The two-day culinary festival is bringing together some of the country’s most celebrated chefs, including Aarón Sánchez, Marcus Samuelsson, Michael and Bryan Voltaggio, Charlie Palmer, Dustin Valette and Roy Ellamar, alongside acclaimed Sonoma County wines and local artisans.
Friday’s festivities include an opportunity to meet Sánchez and an intimate five-course Headliners’ Dinner at AYA, featuring courses presented by several of the participating chefs and paired with Sonoma County wines.
Saturday turns up the heat with Live Fire & Vine, featuring open-flame cooking alongside a Sonoma wine village offering local wines, craft beers and agave spirits. VIP guests can continue the celebration that evening at AYA’s rooftop lounge.
The weekend also has a charitable component. Five dollars from every ticket will benefit the Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund, which supports Latino youth through food, while Graton Resort & Casino is contributing an additional $15,000.
With extraordinary food, renowned chefs and Sonoma’s celebrated wine culture all in one place, Savor Sonoma is shaping up to be one of Wine Country’s must-attend culinary weekends of the summer.
