We are more connected than ever… but are we actually present? 🌿

This page stopped me for a minute.

Our phones give us access to almost everything, instantly. But they also make it incredibly easy to spend our days consuming, scrolling, checking, and moving from one thing to the next without realizing how much of our attention we’re giving away.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to live a little slower and more intentionally—not perfectly, and definitely not without technology. Just being more mindful about when I’m using it versus when it’s using me.

Put the phone down. Go outside. Read a few pages. Grow something. Make something with your hands. Sit with your family. Write a letter. Check the mailbox and find something waiting for you that isn’t a bill or an advertisement. 🤎

That’s actually a big piece of why I created the Wild Mail Club.

I wanted to bring a tiny piece of the slower world back—the excitement of real mail, words you can hold onto, and a monthly reminder to disconnect for a little while and reconnect with yourself and the world around you. No scrolling required. 💌🌿

I really love the line on this page:

“To be everywhere is to be nowhere.”

Maybe we don’t need to be everywhere.

Maybe there is something beautiful about being fully here.

💌 September Wild Mail — $14, shipping included.

🌱 Tiny greens. Serious plant power.

Broccoli microgreens may be small, but they’re packed with naturally occurring plant compounds—including glucoraphanin, which the body can convert into sulforaphane. 🥦

One of my favorite things about growing microgreens is learning just how much goodness can come from something so simple. No complicated recipes needed, either. Toss them onto salads, sandwiches, wraps, eggs, soups, or even blend them into a smoothie.

Fresh food doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s simply adding a handful of greens to something you already love. 💚

I think one of the hardest things to learn is that not every decision needs to make sense to everyone else. 🌿

We spend so much time looking outward—asking for opinions, comparing our lives, wondering what we should be doing—that sometimes we forget to ask ourselves a much simpler question:

Does this life feel right to me?

Peace doesn’t always come from choosing the easiest path or the one everyone understands. Sometimes it comes from choosing the quieter path. The slower one. The one that feels aligned with who you are becoming, even when you can’t fully explain why.

I’m learning that I don’t need everyone else to understand the direction I’m headed. I just need to recognize the feeling of peace when I’m walking toward it. 🤎

We’re taking a little growing break! 🤎 With vacation + the time our greens need to grow, our next round of fresh deliveries will be 9/4–9/5 — two weeks from now.

And judging by these trays… September is already looking pretty green. 😍🌿

❤️ Radish
🥦 Broccoli
🌿 Fenugreek

Ordering Options:

A variety of freshly harvested microgreens plus a few extra goodies tucked inside. 🤎

🚗 $5 delivery fee depending on area.

And one more little reminder…

💌 This is the LAST WEEK to join September’s Wild Mail Club!

For $14, shipping included, you’ll receive a little piece of intentional snail mail created as a reminder to slow down, wander a little, notice what’s around you, and make space for yourself in the middle of everyday life.

No subscription. No commitment. Just one intentional piece of mail headed your way. 🌿📬

Two very different pieces of Wild Wandering—one grown for your table and one created for your mailbox. And somehow, they both come back to the same thing:

slowing down and enjoying the little things. 🤎

Message me to place your 9/4–9/5 microgreens order or to grab your spot in September’s Wild Mail Club!

Maybe growth was never supposed to look perfect. 🌿

There’s so much pressure to have everything figured out—to make the right choices, follow the right timeline, and somehow never stumble along the way. But some of the most meaningful growth happens in the messy middle.

In the trying.
In the changing.
In the starting over.
In realizing that the version of you today doesn’t have to be the version of you forever.

I’m learning to appreciate the process instead of constantly rushing toward the finished product. There is something beautiful about becoming—one imperfect, intentional step at a time. 🤎

🌱 Tiny greens. Big nutrition.

Microgreens may be small, but they’re harvested during a stage when many nutrients and beneficial plant compounds are highly concentrated.

Research has found that some varieties of microgreens can contain substantially higher levels of certain vitamins, carotenoids, and antioxidants than their mature counterparts — although the exact difference depends on the plant and nutrient being compared. 🌿

Adding microgreens to your meals can be an easy way to:

🥦 Add vitamins, minerals & antioxidants
🌱 Increase the variety of plants in your diet
💚 Add fresh flavor, texture & color
🥗 Give everyday meals an extra nutritional boost

And you don’t need to completely change the way you eat. Toss them onto eggs, sandwiches, soups, salads, tacos, wraps, pizza — or simply add a handful alongside dinner.

Microgreens aren’t meant to replace mature vegetables. Think of them as a nutrient-dense addition to an already varied diet.

Small harvest. Simple addition. A whole lot of goodness. 🌱

The best stories arrive slowly. 💌

Maybe that’s part of why I wanted to create Wild Mail.

We live in a world where almost everything is instant. Messages arrive in seconds. Packages show up overnight. We scroll past hundreds of little pieces of other people’s lives without really stopping to take any of them in.

But there’s still something different about opening the mailbox and finding a letter waiting for you.

Something someone sat down to write.

Something you can hold onto.

Something that asks you to slow down for just a few minutes.

That’s what I want Wild Mail to feel like. 🌿

Once a month, a little piece of Wild Wandering will make its way from my table to your mailbox—a personal letter, a seasonal photograph or keepsake, a Wander Note, and a few thoughtful little pieces tucked inside.

No subscription. No commitment. Just $14, shipping included, whenever a month speaks to you.

September will be our first official mailing, and I think there’s something pretty special about knowing these little envelopes will soon be wandering their way into homes near and far. 🤎

Because maybe not everything needs to arrive instantly.

Some things are worth waiting for. 💌

Life isn’t fair. And maybe one of the hardest parts of growing up is realizing that it was never promised to be.

Someone will always be ahead of you. Someone will have more money, more time, more support, more opportunities, or a life that seems to be falling perfectly into place while you’re still trying to figure yours out.

But their chapter has nothing to do with yours. 🌿

I’m learning that comparison doesn’t motivate me—it distracts me. It makes me overlook how far I’ve come because I’m too busy measuring my life against someone else’s highlight reel.

There are so many things I cannot control: timing, luck, other people’s success, what they think of me, or the opportunities they’ve been given.

But I can control what I do next.

I can keep building. Keep learning. Keep choosing the life I want, even when it’s slow. Even when it looks different. Even when someone else gets there first.

Maybe the goal isn’t to have a “fair” life.

Maybe it’s to stop watching everyone else’s path long enough to appreciate—and keep walking—your own. 🤎🌱

There’s just something about finding a book that makes you forget you were only going to read one more chapter. 📚🤎

A little mix of mystery, heartbreak, plot twists, complicated characters, and stories that stay with you long after you close the cover.

I’m thinking we need to start sharing more bookish content around here — what we’re reading, what we loved, what surprised us, and the books we’d actually recommend to someone else.

Because slowing down with a good book absolutely counts as productive time. 🌿

Tell me: what’s one book you wish you could read again for the very first time?
