NOW HIRING – Screen Print & Embroidery Technician
📍 Auglaize Embroidery | Wapakoneta, OH
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Screen Print and/or Embroidery Technician to join our production team.
This is a hands-on shop role — not retail, not graphic design. If you like working with your hands, staying busy, and seeing finished products go out the door, you’ll fit in well here.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Running screen print presses (manual and/or auto)
• Operating embroidery machines (Tajima, Ricoma, or similar)
• Setting up jobs and running production start-to-finish
• Quality control and meeting production deadlines
• Assisting with finishing, packing, and shop organization
• Cross-training in multiple production areas
What We’re Looking For
• Screen printing and/or embroidery experience preferred
• Will train the right person with strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Dependable, punctual, and drama-free
• Comfortable following processes and shop standards
Schedule & Pay
• Part-time or Full-time available
• Weekday hours (occasional Saturdays)
• Pay based on experience
