🔹 Collaborate with our creative team to craft compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with real estate audiences and drive engagement.
🔹 Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to optimize campaigns for maximum results.
🔹 Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in real estate marketing and media buying, and implement innovative strategies to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
🔹 Provide regular reports and insights to clients, showcasing campaign performance and recommending strategic improvements.
Requirements:
🔸 Proven experience as a Media Buyer, specifically in the real estate industry.
🔸 In-depth knowledge of media buying platforms, particularly Facebook Ads Manager.
🔸 Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to drive strategic decision-making.
🔸 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
