Things we think about when putting together testimonials for client's websites:

1. Movie reviews!...those quick little four-word clips that flash during trailers. True—we can't always go THAT short, but aren't those easy to consume?!

2. Juiciness! Not "I would highly recommend their services" but something more specific or interesting.

3. Placement! We know from Google Analytics that the 'testimonials' page is not a raging hot spot for website visitors, so it's important to put delicious little testimonials on pages that DO get traffic. 🤸🏽‍♀️

To find those good testimonial sentences, dig through your online reviews, feedback forms, and those random, happy emails that you get from clients.

Get permission to use them...then place them in places where they'll be seen. Because potential clients need proof that you'll do what you promise...and other people's words are powerful.
