Annnnd the celebration continues! 🎉

We’re celebrating 5 years with Rob, Senior Designer and Web Specialist here at MMM.

Over the last five years, Rob has helped shape our creative work, elevate our digital presence, and bring countless ideas to life. Along the way, he's picked up a few lessons:

- Photoshop is not the enemy, sometimes the world needs a little digital magic.
- It's okay to try 'dumb' design ideas -- gold can be found in the mud.
- Motion grabs attention, but good storytelling keeps it.
- There's never anything wrong with a little refresh after some time has passed.
- Design trends come and go, but clear communication is always important.

We're grateful for everything you do, Rob! Cheers to five years, and many more milestones to come!

Kara is a senior at the University of North Florida, majoring in Communications and graduating next spring. Some fun facts about Kara…

She enjoys playing soccer.
She loves some good reality TV drama.
On her days off, she can be found soaking up the sun at the beach!

We are excited to have her with us and plan on teaching her all we can about media buying & planning, account management, social media management, graphic design, web dev process….and even having her help us with a couple video and photo shoots too!
